Job Title: Chartered Accountant – IPO & Financial Compliance

Salary: ₹12,000,000 – ₹13,000,000 per annum (₹12 LPA – ₹13 LPA)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Chartered Accountant (CA) who is passionate about capital markets, corporate structuring, and the IPO (SME / Mainboard) ecosystem. In this role, you will play a central part in driving financial readiness, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and coordination with merchant bankers and regulators for our upcoming public issue.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-IPO Financial Readiness: Restructure books of accounts, prepare multi-year restated financial statements, and align accounting practices with SEBI and Ind AS guidelines.
DRHP & Regulatory Filings: Assist in drafting the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), filing documents, and liaising with SEBI, ROC, and Stock Exchanges.
Due Diligence & Audit Coordination: Conduct financial due diligence, review internal financial controls (IFC), and work directly with statutory and peer-review auditors.
Valuation & Advisory Support: Provide financial modeling, valuation inputs, and analytical forecasts to merchant bankers and top management.
Corporate Governance: Help establish robust internal reporting, board compliance, and audit committee structures in preparation for public scrutiny.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI certified).
Experience: 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in core accounting, statutory audit, or corporate finance. Prior exposure or strong interest in SME/Mainboard IPO processes is highly preferred.
Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, and GST compliance.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, and working knowledge of ERP/accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP).
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills for cross-stakeholder management.
