Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly communicative Admin Executive to streamline our daily office operations. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our workplace—managing schedules, maintaining vital records, and providing crucial cross-functional support across departments. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensure office supplies are stocked, manage vendor relationships, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace environment.
Scheduling & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinates travel arrangements, and handle incoming calls and emails.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital company records, reports, and compliance documentation with strict confidentiality.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist HR, finance, and marketing teams with administrative tasks, coordinate internal company events, and support onboarding logistics for new hires.
Candidate Profile

Experience: Prior experience in office administration, secretarial duties, or operations management is highly preferred.
